Design and implement software solutions that meet business needs
Write clean, efficient code in Java and/or Python
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure system stability
Explore emerging technologies, including AI/ML (nice to have)
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
3–5 years of software engineering experience
Strong proficiency in Java and/or Python
Solid understanding of SDLC and software design principles
Experience with relational databases and writing queries
Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills
Preferred
Exposure to AI/ML technologies
Experience in financial services or other regulated industries
