Maintain and update vendor and customer master data in SAP
Review and process travel and expense reports through Concur
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support accurate records and policy compliance
Monitor expense submissions for accuracy, duplicates, and policy adherence
Assist with audits and contribute to process improvement initiatives
Qualification
Required
AA in Accounting or higher
4+ years of Accounts Payable or Finance operations experience
Hands-on experience with SAP, ERP, or Concur
Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and organizational ability
Effective communicator who can work both independently and collaboratively
Advanced Excel experience
Preferred
Experience from a shared service entity is a plus
