Responsibilities

Provide systems engineering support across multiple projects, ensuring solutions meet stakeholder needs and project objectives

Support Model‑Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) efforts on multiple projects

Generate, analyze, and manage customer and stakeholder requirements to inform system design and development

Create procedures for system verification to ensure designs meet operational needs

Participate actively in an agile development environment

Provide systems engineering support across multiple projects, ensuring solutions meet stakeholder needs and project objectives

Support Model‑Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) efforts on multiple projects

Generate, analyze, and manage customer and stakeholder requirements to inform system design and development

Create procedures for system verification to ensure designs meet operational needs

Participate actively in an agile development environment

Collaborative, detail‑oriented engineer who thrives in fast‑paced, cross‑functional teams

Strong analytical skills, a proactive attitude toward requirements management, and a proven ability to deliver reliable verification procedures

Passion for agile practices and MBSE

Preferred

Experience with Verification Test Method definition and Test Procedure development

MBSE experience using CAMEO

Experience working on Agile teams

Ability to coordinate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders

Experience with Jira

Experience in Simulation

Experience leading teams on projects with the ability to present to technical and non-technical audiences
