Responsibilities

New Business Generation: Aggressively prospect, qualify, and develop robust pipelines
Full Sales Cycle Management: Own and manage the entire sales process from lead to close, consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual sales quotas
Solution Selling: Become a subject matter expert in the RouteGenie platform and the NEMT industry, delivering compelling product demonstrations that clearly articulate our value proposition and ROI
Strategic Negotiation: Develop and execute sales strategies for target accounts, negotiating terms, and closing deals that align with company profitability goals
CRM Discipline: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and pipeline forecasts in our CRM
Collaboration: Partner closely with internal teams to provide market feedback and ensure a smooth customer transition post-sale

Qualification

Required

2 to 4 years of experience in a full-cycle B2B SaaS sales role, with a clear focus on new business acquisition (hunting)
Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas
Proven ability to conduct effective discovery calls, product demonstrations, and manage complex negotiations with C-level and senior management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional, persuasive, and results-oriented approach
Proficiency with CRM software, preferably Salesforce and sales engagement tools
Experience selling SaaS solutions into the healthcare, logistics, or fleet management industries
Familiarity with the Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) market or healthcare payer/provider systems
Experience scaling sales in a high-growth, private capital-backed technology company
