Responsibilities

Plan epics, stories, and tasks for product development. Present complex ideas and collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams
Extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources and APIs (SQL Server, Oracle, AWS). Identify trends, anomalies, and insights to support advanced analytics and continuous improvement
Develop diagnostic and predictive models to inform strategic decisions. Techniques may include NLP, regression, machine learning, semantic analysis, simulation, and optimization
Create impactful dashboards and visualizations to communicate trends and findings to leadership and teams

Required

Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
1-3 years of relevant experience

Preferred

Experience with cloud-based analytics platforms (primarily AWS)
Familiarity with customer service or utility operations
Advanced ML techniques and big data processing experience
