Negotiate contracts for services (Consulting, Print/Marketing, Professional Services) to mitigate business, financial, legal, reputational, and technical risk
Lead sourcing, contracting, and vendor management activities using a relationship-first approach
Provide relationship management for assigned vendors, establishing and maintaining beneficial long-term partnerships
Conduct data-driven analyses to support creative problem solving and negotiation strategies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the sourcing process
Qualification
Required
Passion for negotiating win-win, mutually beneficial vendor partnerships
Understanding of contract law and compliance, with experience assessing and mitigating risk
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including active listening and collaboration
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage high volumes
Demonstrated project management skills
Preferred
1-3 years' experience in procurement, ideally in professional category-related contracting, sourcing, or vendor management
