Support the IT department by designing, developing, and managing Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions—primarily focused on Oracle Access Manager (OAM) and Oracle Identity Manager (OIM)
Ensure secure access, system integration, and ongoing maintenance of IAM platforms
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
5+ years of IAM systems engineering experience
Strong expertise with Oracle Access Manager (OAM) and Oracle Identity Manager (OIM), including OAM/OIM 11g
Experience with Oracle 10g/11g databases, Java-based web security, and secure API/web service design
Skills in performance tuning, troubleshooting, and agile development (SCRUM)
Proficiency with TOAD, SQL Developer, and Erwin
