Analyzes and interprets new and existing regulations

Advises operations teams on compliance strategies and implementation

Maintains direct contact with regulatory agencies for clarification and guidance

Monitors regulatory developments and assess operational impact

Prepares and submit compliance documentation as required

Other duties as assigned

Required

Bachelor's degree and minimum two (2) years' regulatory experience

Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and PC skills

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Energy Policy, Law, or related field and a minimum 2 year of experience in regulatory compliance or energy-related legal work
