Responsibilities
The Area Director of Revenue Strategy will be a member of the Hawaii Executive Leadership Team
This person is responsible for the establishment and execution of a pricing strategy ensuring that we meet or exceed the revenue targets for each one of the properties in designated cluster
Additionally, you will be responsible for communicating this strategy to various stakeholders both internally and externally
This includes email communication and conference calls, to provide reporting and analysis of all aspects of the Revenue Management service including performance metrics, trends, forecasting, and the identification of growth opportunities
The Area Director of Revenue Strategy is responsible for the reservations and revenue teams in Hawaii
Qualification
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in related field
10+ years of progressive revenue leadership experience, preferably in luxury travel, vacation rentals, or resort hospitality
Comprehensive understanding of demand evaluation and analysis
Ability to evaluate and execute a results-driven action plan
Highly technical and proficient in the systems of HMS Infor, Duetto, Sabre Synxis, Beyond Pricing, Track PMS, Keydata, Profitsword, etc
A strong user of Excel, Power Point and Power BI
Comprehensive understanding of demand evaluation and analysis
Ability to evaluate and execute a results-driven action plan
