Responsibilities

Maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and supporting documentation

Perform account reconciliations and prepare detailed financial statements

Support month-end and year-end close processes

Assist in budget preparation, monitoring, and variance analysis

Coordinate with internal and external auditors and ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements

Prepare sales tax returns and other required financial filings

Provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic business decisions

Mentor and support junior accounting team members

Utilize accounting software and ERP systems to enhance accuracy and efficiency

Participate in special projects, system upgrades, and process improvement initiatives

Develop and refine internal controls and accounting procedures to strengthen operational effectiveness
