Education Coordinator
Pride Health is seeking a System Education Coordinator to support hospital staff by participating in the needs assessment, instructional design, implementation, and evaluation of educational programs. This role focuses on maintaining a comprehensive education plan to promote professional development across the organization and supports clinical systems education initiatives.
Responsibilities
Participate in assessing educational needs and designing instructional programs
Implement and evaluate orientation, staff development, and continuing education initiatives
Assist in developing and maintaining a master education plan for staff development
Support clinical systems education activities
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
1–2 years of education experience
Bachelor's degree
Four (4) years of related experience in lieu of a bachelor's degree
Preferred
Knowledge of educational theories and principles related to assessing needs, designing, implementing, and evaluating staff education programs
2 years of experience in adult education
Master's degree
