Client Satisfaction Specialist
Caregiver, Inc. provides compassionate support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The Client Satisfaction Specialist is responsible for creating a positive experience for clients and their guardians through customer service, relationship management, and outreach efforts.
Responsibilities
Conduct monthly outreach calls to guardians to check in on satisfaction and care experience
Serve as the first point of contact for incoming guardian and client calls—responding promptly and professionally to questions or concerns
Track and share insights from client and guardian feedback to help improve service delivery
Coordinate special acknowledgments (birthdays, anniversaries, milestones) to strengthen relationships
Distribute satisfaction surveys and encourage positive online reviews to highlight success stories
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
3+ years of experience in customer satisfaction, telesales, or client relations
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools
Ability to work independently in a structured, remote environment
Preferred
Experience in telesales, customer service, healthcare outreach, or call center environments preferred
