Responsibilities

Lead requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation for AI and digital transformation projects
Develop business cases and value frameworks to quantify impact and ROI
Translate technical insights into clear narratives for non-technical stakeholders
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and feasibility
Deliver key artifacts: governance frameworks, readiness assessments, workflows, and strategy blueprints

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
5+ years in business analysis and IT project support
Experience with data governance, workflow optimization, and AI/ML initiatives
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and business analysis tools

Preferred

CBAP or PMI-PBA certification
Experience with SQL, BI tools (Tableau, Power BI), and enterprise systems
Familiarity with Agile/Waterfall methodologies
