Responsibilities
Create and manage the Repair Sales Order (order type e.g., •RE•)
Record customer complaint, defect description, and warranty status
Receive the returned material (often via Return Delivery )
Post Goods Receipt into repair stock or blocked stock
Create or process Repair Work Orders (PM or CS orders)
Create billing document for non-warranty repairs
Qualification
Required
5-7 Years of experience
Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA
Experience in relevant functional or technical modules
Prior end-to-end SAP implementation or support experience
Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
