Responsibilities

Ensure equipment, transfers, and operators across all client or partner locations are production-ready and performing to standard

Develop and deliver training on equipment setup, maintenance, heat transfer application, product loading, and embellishment best practices

Manage installation, calibration, and maintenance of heat presses and related equipment

Lead operator training and certification programs covering all application methods

Train new or partner facilities in proper product loading, platen selection, and finishing techniques

Audit production sites to ensure compliance with application and quality standards

Develop visual guides, SOPs, and training videos to support operator success

Support troubleshooting, remote diagnostics, and on-site issue resolution

Collaborate with R&D and Creative teams on integration of new technologies and methods
