They are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Logistics & Operations Analyst to support day-to-day logistics and supply chain activities, maintain accurate inventory and shipment data, and ensure smooth coordination across internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities
Accurately enter, update, and maintain logistics, inventory, shipment, and warehouse data in SAP(REQUIRED)
Monitor order status, update shipping details, and support month-end reporting for unfulfilled or delayed orders
Coordinate with Customer Service and warehouse teams to resolve order, shipment, or data discrepancies
Track inventory levels across all warehouses to help prevent stock-outs, backorders, and product expiry risks
Analyze returns, carrier costs, fulfillment lead times, and transportation invoices from 3PL partners
Process purchase orders, stock transfers, expense submissions, and inventory adjustments as needed
Generate and maintain operational and inventory reports; assist with audits and cycle counts
Organize and maintain logistics, inventory, and operations documentation for accuracy and accessibility
Support the Senior Operations Manager with reports, summaries, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations
Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Service, Marketing, Accounting, and Sales to ensure smooth operations
Assist with meeting coordination, including agenda preparation and note-taking as needed
Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
Support additional projects and shifting priorities as needed
Qualification
Required
Accurately enter, update, and maintain logistics, inventory, shipment, and warehouse data in SAP
MUST work in-office
MUST Strong working knowledge of SAP and Excel
Understanding of supply chain, inventory management, and warehouse operations
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
2+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, warehouse operations, or data entry
