Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive servicing for personal lines accounts, including home, auto, umbrella, and other standard policies
Manage a portfolio of accounts, utilizing a round-robin servicing approach
Quote and process new and renewal business efficiently and accurately
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal team members
Utilize Agency Management software to manage accounts and ensure accurate documentation
Collaborate with leadership and team members to identify opportunities for process improvement and client satisfaction
Qualification
Required
Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in personal lines insurance
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Leadership experience is a plus
Open to candidates with captive insurance experience
