The Security Analyst / Security Coordinator will be the first line of support for access within the TP district, managing user accounts and responding to inquiries related to employee onboarding and access requests.

Responsibilities
Perform the daily tasks associated with User accounts, to include granting or revoking application or service access
Responsible for responding to inquiries and providing information to our customers who call for information regarding employee onboarding, access requests, and termination processes
Evaluate situations and determine appropriate routing, response, and escalation of inquiries or problems
Make sure the customer receives a timely response
Follows documented procedures and checklists and offers suggestions on process improvements
Supports the IT Operations Project Admin and the IT Operations Analyst as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience
A minimum of 4 years of IT work experience with a broad range of exposure to systems analysis, applications development, database design, and administration
One to two years of experience with information security
Requires knowledge of security issues, techniques, and implications across all existing computer platforms
Preferred
Previous experience with AARF
