Responsibilities
Lead the QA efforts for projects involving Oracle CCB/C2M, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of test artifacts
Develop and maintain test automation frameworks for web, mobile, and API testing using tools like Selenium, Appium, Rest Assured, Playwright, and Cypress
Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and other QA teams to define test strategies and plans
Drive test case design, execution, defect tracking, and root cause analysis
Mentor and guide junior automation engineers and testers
Ensure test coverage across functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end workflows
Coordinate with cross-functional teams and contribute to continuous improvement in QA processes
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience in QA with at least 3–5 years in a Test Lead or Automation Lead role
Strong hands-on expertise in Selenium / Appium with Java or C#
Experience with API testing tools such as Rest Assured, Postman, or Cypress
Familiarity with modern frameworks using TypeScript or JavaScript (e.g., Playwright or Cypress)
Utilities domain knowledge with hands-on experience in tools such as Oracle CCB/C2M, and other Utility-specific platforms
Experience with TOSCA and model-based testing is a strong plus
Experience integrating automation with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps)
Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to lead and mentor QA teams
Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology
