Required

Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
Strong verbal communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills
Proficient in building relationships and providing personalized customer service

Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer needs
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred

Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is a plus
Familiarity with the green industry or lawn care services is beneficial but not required
