Responsibilities
Adheres to service management processes and procedures to meet customer service level agreements and maintain customer satisfaction to the highest levels
Assists in carrying out recommended updates to network and network security equipment
Creates and maintains technical and end-user documentation for specific IT service or set of services
Support outages and aid in root cause analysis of Network and related outages or incident trends
Available for Installation/Maintenance activities as well as major outage handling outside of business hours
Qualification
Required
2–5 years of experience in IT Infrastructure / Network Operations Support (L1–L2)
Hands-on experience with network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls) and rack & stack / cabling
Strong understanding of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
Experience with incident & outage support and basic troubleshooting / RCA
Familiarity with ITIL processes, SLA-driven support, and ticketing tools (ServiceNow or similar)
Experience with hardware inventory, installation, decommissioning, and IDF/MDF environments
Willingness to provide onsite and after-hours support
