The role focuses on providing financial support to the executive team and overseeing growth initiatives while managing banking relationships.

Provide “best in class” financial support to the executive team
Building robust and scalable infrastructure for a rapidly growing global business
Take a leadership role in international organic and acquisitive growth initiatives including integration
Managing banking relationships
Communicating with the Board and investors on a regular basis
Qualification
Required
Experience as a Chief Financial Officer or similar leadership role
Sound financial leadership experience
Excellent communication skills
Team building skills
Experience in commercial services or other B2B services industry
Exposure to professional and consulting services, BPO services, IT solutions services or systems integration services
Experience in scaling a business through acquisition
Experience working with a financial investor and Board
Willingness to travel 50-60% of the time, including some international travel
