Responsibilities
Proactively identify, track, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies
Lead project onboarding; working cross-functionally to align on things such as new processes, communication across teams, team trainings and best practices
Collaborate with project owners, stakeholders, and users to gather, analyze, review, and document clear and concise action items
Organize, prioritize, and assign tasks to team members, ensuring efficient resource allocation based on project needs and timelines
Lead daily stand-up meetings to monitor progress, identify blockers, and facilitate quick Resolutions
Serve as the primary point of contact for project status, updates, and timelines
Communicate consistently with all segments of Loon to ensure that details and deliverables are something everyone is aware of
Lead project onboarding by gathering appropriate documents and educating stakeholders on best practices
Organizing Loon documentation on all processes
Support the team with ad-hoc projects, and at times be able to flex in outside the job description
Facilitate discussions between development and QA to ensure quality is built into the development process
Spearhead education on wider Cognition initiatives across the Loon team, ensuring clarity around new features, tools and products
Qualification
Required
2-4 Years of direct of related Project Management experience
Demonstrable hands-on experience and proficiency with project management and sales management toolsets
Experience working cross functionally and comfortable interfacing with many different technical, creative and client focused roles
Experience in forecasting, managing timelines, and resource allocation
Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to lead and facilitate meetings effectively (stand-ups, planning sessions)
