Andrew Residence is a residential mental health treatment and nursing facility serving adults living with mental illness. They are seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant/Receptionist who will provide administrative support, greet visitors, and assist with data entry and other office tasks.

Responsibilities

Revising and editing Policies and Procedures

Copying and collating of all manuals/packets for residents and staff education and training

Provides Administrative support to Executive Director and Department Supervisors

Scheduling medical appointment rides/transportation for our residents with disabilities (requires comfort with referencing insurance information and adhering to HIPAA/privacy rules)

Greeting, directing, and screening visitors and vendors

Answering, transferring, and screening calls on a multi-line phone system

Interacting with residents

Completing and distributing meeting minutes

Assisting with data entry for resident admissions and discharges

Data entry and other various light office work (i.e. copying and word processing)

Process all incoming and outgoing mail and packages as assigned

Daily duties are typically comprised of 5-5.5 hours of administrative assistant duties and 2.5-3 hours of receptionist duties
