Responsibilities

Monitors the production process system to ensure proper operation

Inspects, checks, and documents production activities

Ensures safety, quality of workmanship, efficiency, and timeliness when performing the assigned work

Use and maintain equipment in good working order and report any abnormalities in a timely fashion

Maintains working areas in an organized and clean condition to ensure optimal work efficiency and safety

Follows materials-handling practices that meet safety standards while minimizing waste

Reports security and/or health and safety infractions or potential infractions in a timely manner to the appropriate contacts

Participate in inventory cycle count programs and accurately record results

May participate in shipping and receiving activities, as necessary

Performs other duties as assigned

Preferred

High School education or GED preferred

Prior experience as a chemical operator/technician preferred

Ability to work in a team environment

Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Word and Excel), are preferred

Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
