Responsibilities
Provide cross-functional analytical support to Labor Relations, Fair Employment and Workplace Initiatives, Employment Law, and other Labor & Employment client groups
Develop and enhance financial models to support Labor Relations negotiations across Entertainment, Broadcast, and Parks
Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, Operations & Technology, and other stakeholders to understand business processes and collect relevant data
Gather, prepare, and synthesize information for AMPTP, union, and internal reporting requests, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
Translate complex data into clear narratives, delivering insights, trends, and recommendations to senior leaders and cross-functional partners
Build and maintain presentations and dashboards to share key insights and improve stakeholder visibility into labor and workforce trends
Identify and implement process improvements to streamline workflows, enhance data integrity, automate reporting, and optimize case management system performance
Support technology initiatives, including system design, testing, implementation, data validation, and migration
Lead or contribute to special projects and ad hoc analyses as business needs evolve
Qualification
Required
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data modeling, visualization, and reporting
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data modeling) and Microsoft PowerPoint
Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Solid communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly to diverse stakeholders, including senior leadership
Preferred
Proficiency with Power BI (including DAX) and Microsoft Access, with the ability to build and maintain analytical models and dashboards
Proficiency in SQL and relational database concepts, including the ability to query, extract, join, and analyze data across multiple systems or datasets
Experience with case management and project management tools
