Responsibilities
Lead cross-functional projects, manage budgets and risks, drive organizational change, and align with diversity and talent acquisition strategies
Identify, measure, and manage sourcing vendors using SLAs, KPIs, QBRs, and dashboards; serve as primary contact for issue resolution with external suppliers and internal stakeholders
Analyze talent gaps, evaluate and implement sourcing partnerships, train regional and country recruiting teams, and monitor ecosystem effectiveness
Track and analyze partnership metrics, deliver actionable insights, and continuously improve strategies to enhance ROI and engagement
Build strong partnerships with HR, business, and talent acquisition leaders; sponsor and support Talent Champion networks; foster collaboration and mentorship across teams
Qualification
Required
College, university, or equivalent degree required
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in managing external staffing/recruitment vendors/suppliers
Strong strategic supplier relationship management experience required
Proven team leadership, coalition building, and influence without authority
Preferred
Experience managing a portfolio of external diversity sourcing suppliers preferred
Experience navigating and leading in ambiguous, relationship-based environments preferred
