Sell tickets through the Box Office Ticketing System
Provide strong customer support at in-person window for general information and ticket sales
Mailing materials, stocking supplies, photocopying and data entry
General office work
Other duties as assigned

Required

Positive, friendly, and outgoing personality
Punctual and customer service oriented
Box Office and cashier experience a plus but not necessary; will train
Microsoft Office experience
Have a passion for helping others, and able to keep a positive attitude through adversity
Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Enrolled at GCU as a full-time student in a Bachelor's program or Master's program
Retain a 2.0 GPA as a Bachelor level student or a 3.0 GPA as a Master level student
Maintain good financial and academic (SAP) standing with the University
