Responsibilities

Drive benchmarking, job evaluations, hiring, promotions, and annual compensation & bonus cycles
Maintain and enhance compensation frameworks aligned with Zepz’s remuneration principles and governance requirements
Build scenario models to support decision-making, including assessing competitiveness, compression, and global pay positioning
Actively support the annual remuneration cycle, including budgeting, modeling, and operational coordination
Be the day-to-day custodian for Zepz’s compensation and equity platforms
Own daily workflows, data updates, transactions, and system processes
Issue grant agreements and related documentation, ensuring seamless employee experiences
Administer Zepz’s global equity programs, ensuring governance, compliance, accuracy, and high-quality record keeping
Maintain and own the cap table, performing reconciliations, transaction reviews, quality checks, and audit support
Build and maintain models for dilution forecasting, grant sizing, pool planning, and equity cost impact
Provide timely, clear, and accurate support to employees and leaders regarding compensation and equity matters
Act as the face of the compensation and equity programs, engaging with stakeholders across the business to ensure a positive and consistent user experience
Manage vendor relationships, support tickets, and issue escalations

Required

Global reward experience across compensation and equity: this is expected, not optional
Demonstrated experience owning and maintaining a cap table
Strong understanding of equity programs, lifecycle transactions, and governance
Exceptional analytical and modelling capability, including advanced spreadsheet skills
Experience operating as the day-to-day owner/administrator of compensation and equity platforms (Carta experience preferred)
Ability to thrive in a high-pace environment, balancing precision with urgent operational needs within cross-functionals team involving Legal, Finance, and People Operations
Demonstrated ability to live Zepz's values in daily work
Clear, concise communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts
Experience in multinational technology or fintech environments
Familiarity with vendor management
Proximity to London city center for periodic in-person collaboration

Preferred

Experience operating as the day-to-day owner/administrator of compensation and equity platforms (Carta experience preferred)
