Responsibilities
Drive design execution to meet calendar dates based on various product lines
Create a well merchandized line including tops, bottoms, outerwear, and hat accessories
Design brand products by creating color palettes and trend ideas
Create tech packs in PLM/Centric in a timely manner to meet critical deadlines
Track development samples and ensure factories meet deadlines
Comment and review all proto samples and approval submits that come in daily
Collaborate and develop strong partnerships with cross-functioning teams, such as sourcing, production, and sales to help service daily requests
Qualification
Required
7-10 years of relevant design experience
Must have knits and wovens experience
Must be flexible with the ability to manage time and handle multiple priorities at once
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines while staying detail-oriented, meticulous, and creative
PLM/Centric, Illustrator, Photoshop, Excel
Superior organizational, communication, and teamwork skills
Experience working in fast paced environments and juggling multiple projects at once
Exhibits positive attitude, and the ability to mentor and develop supporting design team members
