Tolleson Wealth Management is seeking a motivated Summer Intern to join their Bank Division for Summer 2026. This role is designed to provide broad exposure to the operations of a private bank, focusing on supporting the Credit Team and gaining hands-on experience across multiple banking functions.

Responsibilities

Assist the Credit Team with back-office tasks, including financial statement spreads, annual credit reviews, and portfolio monitoring

Support documentation and data management for loan files and client records

Participate in cross-functional projects to gain exposure to areas such as lending, operations, compliance, and client service

Shadow team members to learn about TPB’s approach to serving clients and managing risk

Prepare reports and presentations for internal meetings

Contribute to process improvement initiatives and special projects as assigned

Required

Must be an active Sophomore or Junior college student working towards a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Interest in private banking, credit, and client service

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
