Responsible for the technical structure, metadata completeness, discoverability, and ongoing maintenance of the Bank’s public website
Management of the Bank’s email communications platform and social media presence
Ensuring that all digital platforms are implemented and maintained in accordance with established standards for structure, deliverability, measurement, and compliance
Maintaining consistent technical and discoverability standards across both existing and future environments
Qualification
Required
Experience with technical structure and metadata completeness for websites
Knowledge of discoverability and ongoing maintenance of digital platforms
Management experience with email communications platforms
Experience managing social media presence
Understanding of established standards for structure, deliverability, measurement, and compliance in digital communications
Ability to implement and maintain digital platforms in accordance with technical standards
Experience in optimizing digital platforms for discoverability
Technical implementation skills for digital communications
Ability to maintain consistent technical and discoverability standards across digital environments
