Responsibilities

Own national sales strategy across OEM, dealer, fleet, and aftermarket channels
Lead, mentor, and develop a 8+person sales organization
Build and implement scalable sales processes, KPIs, and performance management systems
Drive territory planning, coverage mapping, and go-to-market optimization
Develop pricing, forecasting, and pipeline discipline with strong CRM utilization
Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, Product, and Customer Service
Expand market share by opening new territories, capturing new accounts, and deepening channel relationships
Represent the company with customers, partners, industry groups, and key accounts through extensive travel (50–75%)

Required

Proven sales leadership experience in transportation/logistics aftermarket parts, trucking parts, OEM, heavy equipment, industrial manufacturing, or adjacent markets
Track record of building and scaling national or multi-regional sales teams
Strong background in territory mapping, channel strategy, and high-activity field sales execution
A hunter mindset someone who thrives on opening new markets and building relationships from the ground up
Experience selling technical or engineered products into fleets, dealers, OEMs, or similar buyers
Data-driven approach to forecasting, KPIs, pipeline accuracy, and CRM adoption
Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on customer engagement
High travel comfort and strong customer-facing communication skills
