This role involves reviewing, drafting, and negotiating vendor and partner agreements, along with providing general legal support to the C-suite.

Demonstrate proficiency in commercial contracting principles, requirements, and processes
Review, draft, and negotiate vendor and partner agreements
General legal support to the C-suite and special projects
Advising partners on legal processes and precedents
Supporting high-value commercial transactions

Required

5+ years experience with commercial contracts in a law firm and in-house setting
Experience reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial contract terms and conditions including deliverables, terms, and conditions
Experience in vendor and partner agreements, negotiations, and legal support
Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to communicate with business and legal partners at all levels
Practical, detail oriented, and comfortable working in a structured environment

Preferred

Industry experience working in a fast-paced environment is strongly preferred
