This role serves as the Assistant District Administrator – Business, responsible for program administration, implementation, and compliance in various sections including Accounting and Procurement.

Responsibilities

Direct the development, monitoring, and controlling of District Budget
Direct District operations pertaining to the LaGov system, which includes PTMW, AGILE Assets, Systems Applications and Products (SAP), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Supplier Relationship Management (SRM)
Direct the payroll process for 220 District employees
Develop and/or participate in the development of strategic plans, goals, and objectives associated with financial and business management
Advise the District Administrator on a wide variety of issues related to business operations, including but not limited to Budget, Procurement, and Contractual compliance

Required

Eight years of experience in administrative services
Six years of full-time work experience in any field plus five years of experience in administrative services
