QED Systems, LLC is currently recruiting a Warehouse Manager to join our team at Elkridge, MD to support our customer, Project Manager Positioning, Navigation, and Timing (PM PNT). The Warehouse Manager will oversee logistics and warehouse management, including inventory control and field support personnel management.

Responsibilities

Provides overall oversight for all aspects of logistics and warehouse management for the contract, including inventory control, oversight of system fielding, implementation and execution of logistical fielding support

Approves final version of reporting for obsolescence management, maintenance reporting, failure reporting, asset reporting, post fielding reports etc

Monitors efficiency of field support personnel and make recommendations regarding co-use of personnel

Performs system life-cycle cost analysis and develop component studies

Manages all required inventories and responsible for accurate Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) CDRL deliverables

Provides oversight for planning and execution of training support across all programs

Implements and enforces warehouse policies and procedures and updates and improves upon the GFE/GFP Management SOP

Stays informed of logistics technology advances, and Government policies and apply them to improve logistics processes

Required

Detail-oriented with excellent technical, verbal, and written communication skills

Experience managing a warehouse for Government property required

ACTIVE CLEARANCE LEVEL REQUIRED: Secret

BA/BS degree from an accredited college or university required

Fifteen (15) years of experience as a logistician within the DOD environment required

Four (4) additional years of experience may be substituted for the degree requirement

Must have experience managing a warehouse for Government property

Preferred

Degree in Operations management, supply chain management, or related area, preferred
