Jr. Account Executive
Reins is dedicated to helping small businesses keep their key employees by providing solutions for custom equity incentive plans. They are seeking a talented Account Executive to drive pipeline generation through to close and shape initial sales processes as the company scales.

Responsibilities
Create and execute strategies to drive pipeline generation through to close
Develop and help refine sales processes, iterating and strategizing as the company scales
Conduct full-cycle sales activities including prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals
Analyze sales performance and adjust strategies to optimize results
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve
Utilize CRM and other sales tools to track and report on key metrics
Qualification
Required
1-3 years of experience in full-cycle sales, with a focus on pipeline generation through to close
Strong understanding of sales processes and pipeline management
Ability to serve as a strong individual contributor
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to thrive in an autonomous work culture
Preferred

You're excited to work independently and have full ownership over a critical part of the company
You value transparency and open communication
Bonus points if you've done low ACV deals or sold to SMBs
