Responsibilities
Partner with CISOs, CIOs, and business leaders to design and implement cybersecurity strategies and governance frameworks aligned with organizational goals
Lead business development efforts by crafting proposals, designing solutions, and serving as the subject matter expert in cybersecurity strategy and governance
Drive sales growth by owning a defined sales target, developing pipeline, and identifying new business opportunities in cybersecurity services
Serve as Pursuit and Sales Solution Lead to shape deals, articulate value propositions, and convert opportunities into won engagements
Lead delivery of cybersecurity projects, ensuring high-quality execution and alignment with client expectations
Conduct program assessments and create customized, risk-based roadmaps to enhance the maturity of cyber programs
Develop and implement governance frameworks for risk management, compliance, and resilience across various technology environments
Advise clients on security best practices and risk management strategies across both traditional and cloud-based platforms
Leverage broad experience across multiple cyber domains (e.g., cyber risk, vulnerability management, IAM, security architecture, AI Security, etc.) to provide the most effective recommendations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related field
10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, governance, risk management, or technology consulting, with a focus on strategic planning and execution
Knowledge of regulatory and industry standards such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, GDPR, CRI, HIPAA, or SOX
Deep expertise across multiple areas: governance frameworks, risk management, compliance, audit, and resilience
Strong track record leading client-facing engagements from strategy through implementation
Demonstrated ability to support and lead business development efforts, develop proposals, and design solutions for client challenges
Experience working in consulting for large, complex organizations
