Responsibilities

Analyze and optimize processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness within Project MIE
Develop and deliver training materials and conduct training sessions for end users
Lead change management activities, including identifying risks and guiding stakeholders through transitions
Create and execute communication plans to ensure alignment and engagement across teams
Support implementation of technical best practices, primarily using Workfront and SharePoint
Manage and facilitate pilot programs; gather feedback and implement improvements
Identify and develop project champions to drive adoption
Collaborate with project team members and incorporate ongoing feedback
