Mergers and Acquisitions Specialist
Hetsales is a next-generation mergers & acquisitions advisory firm specializing in the small and lower mid-cap segment. They are seeking independent consultants to represent their activities within their networks, focusing on building relationships and identifying opportunities for company sales, acquisitions, and real estate transactions.
Responsibilities
Introduce Hetmos to executives, shareholders, investors, high-net-worth families, or referring partners
Identify opportunities involving company sales or acquisitions (M&A), strategically valuable real estate transactions, complex wealth structuring challenges
Qualify client needs and manage the initial relationship phase until handover to our internal teams
Represent the Group with a level of posture, communication and credibility consistent with the luxury universe
Build long-term trust-based relationships with both your contacts and our organization
Qualification
Required
Independent Consultant for Hetmos / Hetestate / Hetwealth
Introduce Hetmos to executives, shareholders, investors, high-net-worth families, or referring partners
Identify opportunities involving company sales or acquisitions (M&A), strategically valuable real estate transactions, complex wealth structuring challenges
Qualify client needs and manage the initial relationship phase until handover to our internal teams

Experienced profiles: Consultants, business developers, bankers, real estate professionals, wealth advisors, lawyers, accountants, family office advisors, executives
A strong, active network of executives, investors or high-decision-power clients
Accustomed to working on confidential matters with significant financial stakes
Junior profiles accepted: Early-career profiles, provided they are recommended to our target audience
Strong interpersonal skills, natural credibility, and a high-end service mindset
Ability to open qualified doors, even without initial technical expertise
Impeccable presentation and controlled communication
A thorough understanding of the codes of executives and affluent clients
Absolute confidentiality regarding deals and relationships
A long-term, value-driven approach rather than volume-based
High personal standards in the quality of introductions made
Status: independent contractor / business introducer / external consultant
Compensation: 100% variable, high commissions on completed transactions
No income cap
Payment strictly linked to the successful completion of operations
