Responsibilities
Create and format professional PDF booklets and orientation schedules
Schedule interviews and meetings through Outlook
Conduct basic research to support recruiting and onboarding workflows
Communicate professionally with potential partner candidates and internal recruiting teams
Maintain accuracy and organization across multiple administrative processes
Qualification
Required
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High level of attention to detail and ability to manage multiple administrative tasks
Preferred
Law firm experience is a plus, but not required
