Responsibilities
This individual reports to the Desktop Support Manager and is responsible for support of the firm's LAN and PC software applications, including testing, installing, configuring, and upgrading software packages
Installs, configures, and maintains LAN, WAN, data communications networks, operating systems, and physical and virtual servers
Performs system monitoring and verifies the integrity and availability of hardware, network, and server resources
Reviews system and application logs and verifies completion of scheduled jobs and system backups
Analyzes network and server resource consumption and controls user access
May assist in network modeling, analysis, planning, and coordination between network and data communications hardware and software
Assists with installation, maintenance, and support of hardware and software infrastructure
Installs and upgrades software licenses
Supports cloud phone system
Qualification
Required
Ability to work remotely every second Friday, subject to the firm's Telecommuting and Remote Work Policy
Immediate start required (from next week)
