Responsibilities

Responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with other company departments to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met

This person will drive customer connection and drive sales conversion activities using customer service chat bots/ agents

Internalize and deeply understand company’s mission and strategies, as well as the mission and objectives of the eCommerce team

Author user stories, acceptance criteria and execute a portion of the testing on projects

Develop and implement a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with cross-functional internal teams as well as external partners to execute

Ensure product quality expectations are defined and known across the team

Be data centric to make informed product direction, whether in the form of competitive intel, A/B Testing, customer behavior, customer contact ticket analysis or other business metrics. Solicit and embrace critical feedback

Will work closely with customer service, engineering, UX designers, Marketing and Site Merchandising team

Monitor and measure launched products and feed learnings back into product development process

Clearly communicate product plans, benefits and results, as appropriate, to both internal stakeholders and external stakeholders

Adhere to, promote, and accept personal responsibility for compliance to: Federal and Local Occupational Safety and Health Regulations, Industry Consensus Standards, Circet USA Injury and Illness Prevention Program Manual

Participate in job site safety/hazard analysis

Required

Bachelor's degree in a related field required

5-7 years' experience in relevant field required

Good verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and manage one's time

Knowledge of software engineering, production processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing the effective product delivery

Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, roadmap prioritization, resource allocation, and production methods

Experience delivering highly successful and innovative consumer Internet products with your fingerprints all over them which you're extremely proud of what you've accomplished

Stellar design instincts and product taste

A high bar across the board - from your own contributions to the people you work with to the products you work on

Finger-tipsiness with data: you just go get the data you need with no muss/fuss and can whip it into an insightful story with no help

A never-ending desire to learn and grow

Preferred

MBA or other related advanced degree preferred

Minimum 2-3 years of Product Management plus hands-on software engineering experience strongly preferred
