The US Oncology Network is seeking a Revenue Cycle Clerk to support their Revenue Cycle staff with various assigned duties. This role involves assisting with claims processing, interoffice mail distribution, and supporting large projects within the department.

Responsibilities

Supports the charge unit by signing & mailing paper claims to Medi-Cal and Medi-Cal HMO payers

Supports the charge unit by mailing secondary claims/printing required EOBs

Supporst the payment unit by scanning EOBs to the groupshare, copying any documents as needed (half sheets) and printing out zero EOBs

Supports the payment unit by assisting in the working of the copay report

Supports the Revenue Cycle Department by sending/receiving/distributing interoffice mail and passing out correspondence to the AR follow up unit

Supports the AR follow up unit by mailing corrected claims, as well as metering outgoing mail on a daily basis

Supports the Revenue Cycle Department by assisting in large projects, such as printing of EOBs, year-end scanning of signed estimates for FC, maintain FC program spreadsheet, etc

Various other tasks as needed
