Manage renewals and handle accounts from A-Z
Build quotes and support internal team projects
Operate and maintain relevant benefits administration system, quoting platform, and CRM software to support agency and client needs
Utilize Excel for tasks such as pivot tables and summation formulas
Collaborate with internal teammates to ensure smooth operations
Maintain a strong work ethic and contribute to a positive team culture
Qualification
Required
MN life and health licensed required; willingness to obtain certifications in the future
Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, summation formulas, etc.)
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively with internal teams
Preferred
0-3 years of relevant experience preferred
Prior experience with EASE is highly preferred
