Responsibilities

Play a key role in the efficient and effective operation of our day and residential programs
Provide support and guidance to direct care staff and program supervisory staff
Provide mentorship and training to program managers and other supervisory staff
Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations including title 22 and title 17
Represent Devereux with families, community providers, regulatory, and funding agencies
Works collaboratively with other department directors, administrative, and supervisory staff

Required

Excellent organizational and communication skills
Experience managing a team
Ability to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations including title 22 and title 17

Ability to represent Devereux with families, community providers, regulatory, and funding agencies
