Civic & Social Organization
Responsibilities
Manage the council’s Fund Development, including grants, individual donations, foundations, corporations, annual giving, capital campaigns, and planned giving
Develop and maintain relationships with community and corporate partners, as well as donors
Plan and coordinate the annual fundraising gala and other events
Provide expertise and support to the Fund Development Committee of the council’s Board of Directors
Seek new funding sources and maintain relationships with current and past donors
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Non-Profit Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications; or equivalent experience
8 years of successful non-profit experience, or proven success in marketing or sales with 3-5 years in a fundraising capacity
Strong public speaking, writing, and presentation skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, CRM software (Salesforce), and donor management software (Donor Perfect)
