Responsibilities
Develop compelling messaging and positioning for AI products that resonate with technical and business audiences
Create a variety of assets to tell our AI story, including whitepapers, case studies, solution briefs, blog posts, and webinars
Help lead the GTM strategy for our AI solutions, including planning product launches, coordinating cross-functional teams, and identifying the target audience segments
Develop and deliver training materials, presentations, and collateral to support the sales team in communicating Redis’ value proposition effectively
Gather market intelligence, conduct customer research, and analyze the competitive landscape to refine product positioning and identify growth opportunities
Qualification
Required
2-3 years of product marketing experience, preferably in AI, machine learning, data platforms, or enterprise software
Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and can communicate technical topics to both technical and non-technical audiences
Excel at translating complex technical concepts into compelling, easy-to-understand narratives
Customer-centric mindset and enjoy diving into their challenges and opportunities
Team player who enjoys working cross-functionally and can manage multiple stakeholders effectively
Preferred
2+ years at a company that specializes in databases or artificial intelligence
Working knowledge of building and deploying AI apps in enterprises and can show and build technical demos
