Responsibilities
Interpret blueprints and drawings to meet product specifications
Program and operate Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) and other measuring equipment
Select appropriate inspection methods and perform quality verification of parts and assemblies
Analyze defective parts to identify reasons for dimensional variations
Act as a point of contact for customer quality-related issues
Coordinate gauge calibration and maintain thorough knowledge of ISO9001:2000 and AS9100 standards
Develop manufacturing quality plans and perform AS/ISO audits
Issue, monitor, and close Cause and Corrective Actions
Qualification
Required
Interpret blueprints and drawings to meet product specifications

A minimum of five years of experience in aerospace quality processing and inspection
Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with good math skills
The role requires physical activity, including standing, walking, and moderate lifting, with exposure to a production environment
Vision abilities such as close vision and focus adjustment are necessary
Preferred
Training in Six Sigma and/or lean methodologies
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is beneficial
