Manager, Brand Partnerships and Media Activation
Golf Tourism Solutions (GTS) promotes and advances the Golf Capital of the World® through innovative marketing and events. The Manager, Brand Partnerships and Media Activation will lead the strategy and execution of media efforts while managing relationships with key marketing services clients and brand partners.
Responsibilities
Develop, execute, and manage the performance of all paid media campaigns across key channels (digital, print, radio, OTT, OOH, etc.) to drive impact
Establish detailed, complex reporting frameworks to analyze ROI
Oversee earned media strategy development process, including the management of agencies and the drafting and distribution of press releases for maximum brand exposure
Assist Executive Director and Director of Marketing with the development of key marketing services clients and brand partnerships
Act as the strategic communication and engagement point person to marketing services clients and brand partners
Assist in tactical services as needed
Design and lead the execution of integrated marketing activation plans, ensuring partner deliverables are met and partnership value is optimized (LTV, trial-to-subscription conversions, etc.)
Organize and execute partner-related relationship management events (golf outings, social engagements, etc.)
Assist in the recruiting of new partners for Play Golf Myrtle Beach
Establish and manage operations, systems, and corresponding documentation for effective project management
Create and manage budgets and financial reconciliation for all media and client programs
Assist with the preparation of scorecards and comprehensive reports that convey the achieved value and success of marketing efforts to stakeholders and partners
Support other marketing related or organizational activities as needed

Possesses excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or equivalent experience
3+ years in a related field with proven experience in strategic marketing, media management, and partnership development
Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, AI proficient, email marketing, social media, and paid media platforms (basic creative design a plus)
Occasionally work outside in weather conditions, weekends and extended hours during event execution
